Spent the day baking muffins and baking soda biscuits. It was just one of those days when you want to do something different and baking it was going to be. I made Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins and I got a thumbs up from my daughter, but next time make the chunks of white chocolate bigger. I used a block of white chocolate, broke it up, and then chopped them up too small. Next time I will double the size. What would I do without the bulk food store?? So much cheaper than the supermarket. And just in case you were wondering.. it's a super easy recipe. The raspberries came frozen in a tub and I simply scooped out what I needed and put it back into the freezer for next time. Pretty decadent for a whole lot less than you would pay in a store.
Breakfast is looking rather promising ;)
